Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 14:00 EET or on weekends will be processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required
• Sale items may only be exchanged or refunded with store credit

How to Return

1. Contact Us: Email returns@yueelegance.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Authorization: We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
3. Ship Your Return: Pack items securely and ship to our address. For orders over 100 EUR, we provide free return shipping within Estonia.
4. Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

In-Store Returns

You may also return items directly to our store at Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, Tallinn. Please bring your receipt or order confirmation. In-store returns are processed immediately.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We are happy to exchange your purchase:

• Exchanges are free for the first exchange within Estonia
• If the new item has a higher price, you pay the difference
• If lower, we refund the difference
• Subject to availability of the desired item

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@yueelegance.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a free return and send you a replacement or full refund immediately.
